Welcome to the 2022 Festival Season!!
Around The World Cultural Food Festival at the Washington, Freedom Plaza is our signature event. This year’s festival will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 11 am – 7 pm at Oronoco Bay Park, downtown Old Town Alexandria, VA.
Come enjoy delicious foods from around the world while watching a diverse folk show with singers and dancers from different countries, as well as a fashion show with traditional outfits from some of our participating countries.
Around The World Cultural Food Festival creates a Cultural and Educational Experience like no other in the DMV. Our restaurants do not only sell food; they showcase, educate and teach their culture through food.

Since 2016, we have hosted approximately 20 festivals a year in the Washington DC Metro area, through our festival division, Chic Events DC. From Arts & Crafts Fairs, to Cultural Festivals and Family/ Fun Events, we act as a community liaison and bring together small businesses, artisans and crafters and other independent consultants, who are looking to showcase their products, and the patrons attending the events.
In 2022, we have 18 Festivals scheduled to take place throughout DMV.
